SureSmile

The SureSmile system is easy and convenient to use. First, you will have a consultation with Dr. Joseph Juracka. He will review your oral health needs and determine if you are a good candidate for using SureSmile to straighten your smile.

A 3D digital model is created of your teeth. This model is used to design the steps of your individualized treatment plan based on your unique straightening needs. With this model, you will be able to see what your teeth will look like after treatment. SureSmile Aligners are custom-fabricated for your teeth. About every two to four weeks, you will change to a new aligner, slightly straighter than the one before.

TMJ Therapy

ProSomnus Therapy helps you get a restful night of sleep without noisy machines, masks, or hoses. Dr. Juracka uses your digital scan to order you a custom ProSomnus device.  He will fit you for the cutting-edge device and instruct you on usage, care, and maintenance.

ProSomnus Therapy was designed to be the most user friendly treatment available.

Dr. Juracka is a user of ProSomus Therapy, his first night wearing the device, his wife woke up to the dog snoring thinking it was Dr. Juracka. He (his wife) heard results the first night.
